What if I have computer problems?
If you experience any problems with accessing the
class website or Moodle, make a note of the error message
you receive and report it to the instructor immediately.
If you are experiencing computer problems, notify
the instructor if your problem occurs during a quiz or
exam. Plan ahead for internet and computer problems.
Have a back up plan. Know where you can go
for internet access or to use a computer if yours crashes.
Do not wait until the last minute to complete assignments.
